“I was lucky to help Zach through the PM conversion process, and then manage him at Google. Zach is an incredible PM. He is able to bring multiple skill sets to the table in his work: strong analytical skills, strong listening and attentiveness, detailed organization and planning combined with desire to fully understand the user and a passion to help (and the creative and ideation skills to go with it all).
