Amazon I am writing this post to bring attention to a very frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had with Amazon India. I had ordered a product (Order ID: 402-7182206-9851501) which was marked as delivered yesterday, but the product was missing from the package. When I contacted Amazon customer care, instead of receiving help or understanding, I was spoken to very rudely by a senior executive. To my shock, I was told: "We will neither deliver the product again nor refund your money." Is this how Amazon treats its customers now? I have also emailed Amazon support, but till now, no resolution has been provided. It seems like Amazon is taking customer issues very lightly and engaging in unfair and irresponsible behavior. This is not just poor service — it feels like daylight fraud. I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint in consumer court, and I will never use Amazon again after this experience. I hope this post reaches the concerned authorities at Amazon and that no other customer has to face such treatment.

I have raised return request on 6th June for this order 408-6349253-6615551 and still waiting for you guys to pick this item and give my money back. I need to tell you guys, you have the worst SOP and customer service, how can you disconnect the calls when the relevant question being asked to you guys?
