In 1.2, we're excited to bring major improvements to how cursor surfaces context from your code base and other sources as it completes tasks. In this release, we've made significant changes to how you plan and manage tasks and Cursor. The agent can now create To Do lists to help it stay on track. We've found these to make Cursor much better for long running tasks. Additionally, the To Do List give you a chance to review the agents plan before it goes off and does the work. You can also submit follow-up messages without interrupting your chat. There'll be queued to send as soon as the agent is done with its current task. We're ready to take memories out of beta As you code, Cursor picks up on your patterns and preferences to give you better results. The next time you work on a similar task in the future, we're excited about the idea of sharing these memories across your team. Cursor can now search through pull requests from you and your team. This is our latest step in helping you move faster by learning from your team's past work. PR Search makes it easy for Cursor to follow the same steps as a previous change. We've also improved our code based search with a new model. Cursor will now be better at finding relevant chunks of code in complex code bases. Some other changes were excited about in this update are a much faster tab model and a one click fix for merge conflicts. I love those little moments where it feels like Cursor and I are on the exact same page. With this update, we hope to create a lot more of that feeling.
