AI should do more than impress—it should empower.?
When you’re on LinkedIn, we want AI to help you achieve more or unlock something new. What’s incredible is that AI is already doing this in exciting ways.
To understand how, I wanted to share the core areas we’re focused on when applying AI and where you’re likely to experience it today. From conversational search to smarter recommendations and agents that feel truly helpful. We’re doing all this by building with purpose and keeping responsibility top of mind.

Hello again, I'm Deepak Agarwal, Chief I officer at LinkedIn. So if you're like me, you're expectations for a I have never been higher. AI powered product should be enjoyable, transformative and seamless. But the most important thing they need to deliver real value. So when I'm using AI products, I like to ask myself, how is AI making me more capable, more knowledgeable or more productive when applying AI at LinkedIn, we want you to feel like AI is helping our members and customers achieve more or unlocking. Something new? So those using the platform can already experience AI's impact in three core areas that power our platform and enhance our products, recommendations, search and agents. For all three, we start with Linkedin's unique foundation of knowledge about the world of work. That includes the data you entrust us with and the insights we surface through our LinkedIn economic graph, which is our key differentiator and is embedded in every AI solution that we have on the platform. By bringing these together, we help to improve the workflows you already used today and depend on daily across LinkedIn. And we also structure new ways of working based on your guidance. So take job searching for example. When you search for your next role on LinkedIn, you will experience now our new AI powered job search. It lets members describe the job they want, their aspirations in their own words. Gone are the days of describing things through keywords and it offers results more closely. Lined with their ideal job, including jobs they may not have even considered in the 1st place. We also know this new era of AI requires constant improvement and the building of trust. So all of our work with AI needs to be done responsibly and ethically. I believe we can build AI products that can help every professional realize their potential. All it takes is a little encouragement, A nudge, someone believing in you and giving you that opportunity that you deserve.
Great insights, Deepak—super useful for LinkedIn users!
A big challenge with AI on social platforms is making sure the content it generates is actually trustworthy and accurate.
