This post is the third and final in a series entitled, "Moments That Move Us." I posted the first post in this series on Tuesday, May 6, 2025; "The Tipping Point Is Us." I posted the second post in this series yesterday, Wednesday, May 7, 2025; "The Small Things Are the Big Things." Go give them a read.
This final post brings the series home by reflecting on how sustainable change is never a solo mission. It requires relationships, trust, shared values, and a community mindset. You’ll write from your lived experience of building coalitions, hosting events, working in teams, and creating spaces where others can thrive.
I’ve always believed that networking isn’t just about who you know, it’s about what you build together.
It’s easy to think of impact as an individual pursuit. But real transformation? It’s a team effort.
Look closely at any great movement, any lasting change, or any thriving community, and you’ll find people linking arms. Diverse talents. Shared sacrifices. Mutual encouragement. Common goals. That’s what moves the needle.
I’ve spent my life creating opportunities for people to come together across industries, generations, and belief systems. Not because it’s easy. But because it’s essential.
No one heals alone. No one grows alone. No one leads alone. We rise when we lift together.
Your vision matters. So does mine. But it’s the space between us .. the trust, the dialogue, and the respect that gives that vision roots.
Let’s keep showing up for one another. Not just when it’s convenient, but when it’s necessary.
Because the way forward isn't just powered by individuals. It's powered by us—together.
